Facility Automation Solutions was a proud sponsor of the 2012 Northeast Florida Engineering
Product Showcase which took place on Friday, February 17, 2012, 10:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. at the
UNF University Center.
This annual event benefits the UNF School of Engineering by providing student scholarships and
support for the K-12 outreach program.
This was a great opportunity for our company to showcase its products and services to the
engineering community and we are proud to contribute to the University of North Florida’s School
of Engineering. For more information about this event, visit the UNF website at www.unf.edu.
A new 117,000 square foot Science & Humanities building was completed in January 2012 that
will combine a Teaching & Research Facility with the Coastal Biology Program as the flagship of
the department. This facility was designed to achieve the
highest LEED certification possible, the status of platinum.
Facility Automation Solutions provided not only all of the
various building equipment controls (everything from AHU’s to
fume hoods to the green house roof) but, also access control for
all entryways and exits in this facility.

North Florida’s website at www.unf.edu.
